STEP 11 – WORRY

Sometimes, when we are under stress, our old friend WORRY creeps in to distract us from our tasks and make each day more difficult to navigate.

 

This unsettling feeling is a frequent side effect of coping with too much stress. We’re not talking about the regular sort of worry that we all experience, but rather the excessive, constant worry that feels like a burden on your shoulders that just won’t lift.

 

If you find yourself in a constant state of worry, stress may be the underlying cause.

 

Aside from taking a few deep breaths and refocusing your thoughts on the more positive, lighter side of life, you can also add Essential Oils into your daily routine.

PRACTICAL USES

• Diffuse at night time to promote a calming environment and restful sleep.

• When experiencing anxious feelings, apply one drop to hands, rub together, and inhale deeply.

• Diffuse or inhale before taking a test, presenting to a large group, or in times of worry or distress.

• To calm an upset or restless child, apply to bottoms of feet.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

DIFFUSION: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of your choice.

TOPICAL USE: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

 

DON’T YOU WORRY ROLLER BOTTLE RECIPE

 

• 10 Drops Wild Orange

• 10 Drops Frankincense

• 5 Drops Lavender

• 5 Drops Vetiver

 

Combine Essential Oils in a 10 mL roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply as needed throughout the day to banish the worries and reduce the sense of stressful feelings!

 

You can also combine these oils in a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to the back of your neck and pulse points to reduce worry and stress while on the go!
